Sol
Project Status: Complete
This project was completed in 2018 and was primarily to gain knowledge in control systems and sensor feedback loops. The system uses an array of LDRs (Light Dependent Resistors) to determine the Sun's position and shifts the panel accordingly.

Design Files
Rev 1 of this device was built using cardboard and other household materials and does not have any design files. Rev 2 was built to be a more robust system and has several DXF drawings that were laser-cut to form its core components.
Circuit Schematics
All of Sol's components were mapped using Autodesk EAGLE's schematic editor. The device contains an Arduino Nano, 3 light dependent resistors, 2 servos, a buzzer, and a series of LEDs (Indication of distance).
